We don't often think that dressing ourselves and what we wear being a part of self-care. But when you stop and think about it, what you wear can affect your everyday mood! If you are wearing something fits poorly or "hurts" you in a certain spot, by the end of the day you are going to be aggravated and want to rip it off! I know for me a waistband that feels like it's cutting me in half really makes me cranky! However, if you wear something that feels so good on, you won't want to take it off at the end of the day. You will also look forward to wearing it again.
