Shipping & Returns
**ORDERS REQUIRE 5-7 DAY PROCESSING TIME PRIOR TO SHIPMENT due to each item being hand-dyed**
Please ensure that the address you have entered is correct and complete. We are not responsible for damaged packages, lost packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance for your order (in case of a lost/missing package so you will be able to recover the cost of your purchase), please contact us immediately after placing your order. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get you a cost and then invoice you for cost of the insurance.
- Once shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to the email provided in your order. Please check your spam/junk folders if you don't see in your in-box.
Missing Packages/Tracking States Delivered But You Don't Have Your Package
- Track your package here using the tracking number we provided with your order confirmation. Sometimes you will see a message “Delivery attempted at mailbox” etc…..
If that is the case, wait to see if it’s delivered the next day.
- After tracking, and if it does say “delivered in mailbox” and the package isn’t there, please check with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered to them by mistake.
- After checking with neighbors etc, and your package still isn’t to be found, you have 2 options:
A- Take your tracking number to your nearest post office.
B- Go here to USPS site and fill out the missing mail form: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. It will walk you through the starting the missing mail search, filling a claim (if you insured your package).
Domestic Shipping OptionsUSPS Standard First-Class Mail, delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days* once shipped. This is after the 5-7 days after the order is placed that we need to make your item. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. If you need to upgrade your shipping, please select priority shipping at check out. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance for your order (in case of a lost/missing package so you will be able to recover the cost of your purchase), please contact us immediately after placing your order. Email email@example.com and we can get you a cost and then invoice you for cost of the insurance. If you are paying with PayPal, please ensure your PayPal address matches the "Ship To" address.
*Delivery times can vary, especially during the holiday season or during unseen circumstances like Covid/pandemics.
International orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail International. Delivery times will vary by location and can take 2-4 weeks, sometimes up to 8 weeks in rare cases.
Please note that most international orders cannot be tracked once they leave the U.S. Additional customs duties/tariffs/taxes may apply to your order. This is a tax levied by your country's customs department and something that I cannot calculate and is not within my control. Any customs fees, duty, VAT, or import taxes will be the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Full priced Dyetology items may be returned within 7 days of receiving for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached. Sale items, promotional items, items purchased with a discount code and live sale items are final sale. Items that have been altered are non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm first before returning any items.
Exchanges: Wrong size ordered? No problem, you can exchange for the correct size within 7 days of receiving your item. This applies for full-priced items. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and have the tags still on it. Sale, discounted item, custom or altered items are final sale and aren't able to be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be in the original packaging and original condition, with original tags still on the garment, unworn, and unwashed. Please email: email@example.com to start the return process.
We would recommend shipping return items with a tracking number as well since we are not responsible for lost packages.
