Shipping & Returns

**ORDERS REQUIRE 5-7 DAY PROCESSING TIME PRIOR TO SHIPMENT due to each item being hand-dyed**


Shipping Address
Please ensure that the address you have entered is correct and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address. 
If you are paying with PayPal, please ensure your PayPal address matches the Ship To address.

Domestic Shipping Options 

USPS Standard First-Class Mail, delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days* once shipped. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. If you need to upgrade your shipping, please select priority shipping at check out. 
*Delivery times can vary, especially during the holiday season.

International Shipping 

International orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail International. Delivery times will vary by location and can take 2-4 weeks, sometimes up to 8 weeks in rare cases.

Please note that most international orders cannot be tracked once they leave the U.S.  Additional customs duties/tariffs/taxes may apply to your order. This is a tax levied by your country's customs department and something that I cannot calculate and is not within my control. Any customs fees, duty, VAT, or import taxes will be the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

As a policy, we will accept returns within the first 5 days after the original purchase only if the item is damaged or defective. Damaged and defected items will be exchanged for the same item as purchased. In a rare case, the item is no longer available, you will be given a store credit for the amount of purchase. Items that have been altered are non-returnable. Wrong size ordered? No problem, you can exchange for the correct size within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Your item must be unworn and have the tags still on it. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be in the original packaging and original condition.
We would recommend shipping return items with a tracking number as well since we are not responsible for lost packages.

Generally, however, we encourage customers to contact us if for any reason you are not completely satisfied! Our goal is for every customer to have the best possible experience! Rest assured we will work with you to resolve the issue.
