Almonds- Almonds are high in magnesium which researchers say that a diet high in magnesium plays a role in the anti-aging process.

Tomatoes- They provide phytochemicals and antioxidants that help fight aging. If you are worried about your appearance, researchers say that you should cook the tomatoes to boost the antioxidant levels. But if you are more interested in the Vitamin C from tomatoes you should eat them raw.
